My daughter DSA to RGS last year . Just to share that there’s no communication from RGS until around 22 dec , when the school will send all RGS parents (both DSA & non-DSA) an sms to fill up some forms .
Yes , RI certainly engaged the DSA kids more .[/quote]

HCI sent the booklist via email on the day PSLE results released. That’s all we received so far. -

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone that has received and accepted DSA offers has heard anything from their resepctive schools. I have a few friends who has received emails from RI already. My DD has not heard anything from RGS though. Thank you

RE: DSA 2022
Hi, I just received the SMS and gmail regarding the DSA-Sec preferences. However, I am unsure how to submit the preferences online. My wife and I divorced and she isn’t Singaporean or PR anymore and she is not a Passholder. So she does not have Singpass. It requires both parents to sign in to submit the preferences. What should I do?

I believe this is the concept behind the turkey question: The poor poultry thermal conductivity is why the outer layer of the turkey will reach the fully cooked temperature, while the internal meat will still be cool.
I don’t think that our kids have learnt about this before… This year’s Science paper was quite challenging… -

@Nina24, my DD talked about the inside of the turkey not being able to gain heat that fast. Is it necessary to talk about it being "poor conductor of heat"? It is a 1m question, so how are the marks distributed here…? Anyone?

There was another question about the distance the car travelled… My DD said that she only remember the back wheel of the car was at 1.2cm and after the car moved, its backwheels was at 10.2 cm (it was on a ruler I think).

Hmmh… From what I heard, a lot of my DD’s classmates did not write about the "man" who was in 3-4 pictures… My DD wrote 命题 but I am just curious, is it necessary to talk about the man in the pictures? I heard you might be penalised if you did not talk about the man… Not sure tho. Anyways whats done is done, let’s move on to the next exam… Science
