I am a mother of 3. I would suggest childcare + maid. Childcare can use CDA account to pay the fees and maid is about $600 per month.

Previously, i put all to maid without childcare. After they turned 2years old. I put them on a half day childcare.

However all depends on your financial as well babe. Do let me know if you need any advise :))

I am a KAH from T*** * Employment. I would like to share with some employers here on tips of counseling their Maids. As you understand, some maids come here will have Home Sicked, Missing their children or even not used to the environment. My intention for sharing this tips to employers with maids or even without maids. At least you may want to try this on your own. I enjoy counseling maids as i feel that it can make some changes. Counseling maids does not mean you must be shouting or chatting, it has to have some human touch and make them understand. To know more, can PM me on any issues you are having with your helpers and i shall revert to you. I have been running a maid agency for almost 9 years and to be very frank i have done all counseling on my own. So far the counseling was a success.
