Yes zip. As I'm a newbie, wanna hear other's voices. Cos I'm not sure if it's common. Now I know. Nothing personal. Just clarification. There's always rooms for improvement or discussion. At least I know how I should react in the future. Thx all. I hope no one take it too personal. I'm just being franked. Sorry I sounded harsh. Paiseh. πŸ˜› mother of 3 abit garang I guess. Lol. Ciaoz.

I'm very thankful indeed. I can easily decipher what the teacher is try to convey. But I'm looking from another angle, cos I understand tat there are other expats from Korea or other countries in this school. They can't read mandarin. So also end up guessing game?
Guessing game??? Huh? For homework? Seriously. But then again, how did we survive when we were young or at their age? Lol. Also guessing?

Thx for sharing I should be contented. Not complain. Nites! Have a great year!

For us, at their age, our mummies do the guessing work lor...lol.

Can someone tell me y the school allow such article? I'm losing faith. I heard this school is a good school. I was from chongfu, but I decided to stay put in JW. But after I saw this. My heart pounding fast. And jaw dropped, and I spotted other mistakes in the handbook. Lack of professionalism. I have not read thru the handbook entirely. I fear that I might blow up the issue and change school, which is a big hassle. Pls tell me west grove is a good school. In terms of academic. I really have this urge to question the principal. Am I over reacting? Advice.

Aiyo, shld be thankful the teacher bother to create such a note for your child. My kid's teacher just relay message verbally. Luckily, he got it and told me to pack the required things the moment he alighted fr the school bus. But then, he is not getting messages abt homework, so I need to do guess work every nite πŸ˜“ .

*Every School is a Good School*

I suggest that you can send an email to HOD of Mother Tongue, with a copy of your own translation, so that it would be useful for their reference in future.
To me, it's just a small matter, because it's just a little notice from P1 CL teacher trying his / her best to translate it for parents who don't understand CL... I hope that I don't sound rude, because my English also not so good, please don't hunt me down. πŸ˜›
Lol. U are funny. U work for govt? Lol. To be franked, I do not agree to the every school is a good school. It's too late to change this fact in sg.
It doesn't matter that u can't read or write. Trying ur best is good but make the little effort to make it right. Cos sometimes, in this society, hard fact: ε₯½δΊΊιšΎε½“, end up suffer. And singapore parents, can't take joke. 😜 no?

      \"Small is big.\"
Just needed someone'advice to think straight before I go wayang. Lol. Thanks!
