I am currently staying in Buangkok and able to shift to Pasir Ris as well, depending the the choice of school

My eldest son is born in 2008. I am seriously considering to shift to Pasir Ris by mid 2014 and considering White Sands Primary or Pasir Ris Primary. Hopefully we can find a place within 1km as we did not do PV. In your opinion, which one should I put as first choice? I have heard good reviews about Pasir Ris, and also seen that White Sands standards seem to be above Pasir Ris Primary.
