Will like to seek some ideas on how I can improve my son’s chinese listening comprehension. He’s in P1 and he tells me he doesn’t quite understand the story/questions. Are there assessment books with audio clips that I can buy to practice at home? Unfortunately, we don’t speak much of mandarin at home.

should have. You must have missed it during the P1 orientation day. But fret not, you can try next year at MTP which is beginning of the year where you meet all the parents and sit in the class where your child is. Be brave and sociable.....ask around, there are experienced mummy who will formed automatically the group.

Is there a music workshop where the kids can explore and are introduced to various instruments, as opposed to a class that teaches a specific instrument.

There are fastfood, Japanese & Korean restaurants. U can also buy some food stuff from the convenience store to cook yourself.
