    • RE: Club Breadmakers

      Hi,

Can i check what brand of yeast do most of you use? I am currently using the 1 from red man in my breadmaker and my mum is complaining that it has a very heavy yeasty smell.

Would organic brand of yeast have lesser of this problem? The amt of yeast my recipe use is 5g. Tia.

Can someone clear my doubt on this? If balloting is required for 2b then the sch will allow all those staying within 1km to be registered. Then those living within 2km of the sch then those staying more than 2km from the sch. Is this correct? So usually there is a higher chance of balloting for those staying more than 2km away frm the sch?
