Anybody have review for My First Skool Tampines 803 ?

Planning want to enroll my son there but the office staff there seem like very rude when talking to us.
Not sure if the principal & teachers there also in this manner ?

And didn’t they teach phonics ?

I have a daugther who is 4 yrs old this yr.

I wish to enrol her to St. Hilda Primary School for her primary 1 in 2014.

Can anyone advise me, if i need to be a PV in SHPS ?
How can i apply for PV in this school?

I’m staying <1km from this school but in front of my hse have 2 more primary school.

Do my chances high in getting my gal to SHPS ?
