I had a made in japan Cristofori JC-122 exam grade Piano to let go. It is about 12 years old. Still in good condition and just tuned 6 months ago. Some minor scratches and not really visible. Great for beginners who doesn’t want to spend too much on a brand new piano. Heater on 24/7. PM me if your are interested.

In this case u will see alot of rich ppl shift to nearer to their sch of choice n is going to affect the property price nearby the sch. Which i doubt the govt want this to happen.
