Ideally, you move before applying for the letter, so that the address listed on both the PA letter and the NRICs are the same, and things are a lot clearer. Still, I don't think that's an issue. The MOE website states that \"The address used for P1 registration should be the parents' official residential address as reflected on the NRICs\".
