Has anyone went for whale watching in busselton? Planning to try the whale watching western Australia tour with my 5yo n 3yo in Oct. But not sure if they are too young for it or will they enjoy it.

I don't think there is such a rule, but you would be wasting your time for a school that you would not register for. Better weigh your chances carefully before doing PV.
