Thanks. But he only got WL, not CO ...

He’s not medal winner. He got first in class for science in P5. Selected to attend E2K science n also p6 science outreach program. Usually 90+ or high 80s for sci n maths grades

For HCI WL1, chances are very very high based on the past few years record. For WL 2, I think only partial will be converted. There should be a talk for you to attend regarding this.

My DS got WL1 to HCI.
Yes, there's a briefing for WL1 on 31 Aug and WL2 on 1 Sept.

I just called HCI and they said next week…
