Haven’t heard of any such case. I think there are cases where the Tscore meets the rounded integer COP, and the school happens to have vacancies (due to posted students transferring out?).

What do you mean by rounded integer?

Are there cases whereby appeals are successful if the COP is short of 1 -2 points? What is the likelihood for such cases?

For the appeal, we will need to inform both the school that my child is posted to and the school that he is appealing to?
