I just called the school and they informed me balloting is required for Singapore citizens within 1km. Those btw 1-2km can withdraw their applications liao.

The school doesn't want to reveal the statistics. But as of 1 pm, there were 100 applicants for 101 seats.

Looks like there will be balloting for sure but just not sure whether it is at 1km or 2km.
