Having heard that MOE banned sec sch transfer, Im worried for my son. He faced some bad luck in P6( 2016) and ended up in a \" 200-plus\" school instead of a 230-plus school, like where all his classmates went. He is a good student and had always been scoring 'A's in primary school except during P6.
He told me during dinner one day that he has no friends in his sec sch, his teachers dont like him, his class is very noisy and he could not focus.
He showed me his sec sch report card, which showed that he had scored straight 'A's in sec one and told me about this school called Kranji Secondary (232), where all his good friends went. He told me that his friends told him that Kranji Sec's classes are quite quiet and the teachers are very good. So he begged me to transfer him out of his \"Hell Hole\" and release him from the \"chains of his aggregate score\".
But upon finding out this news, I was worried my son would be so depressed that he would do something stupid. He really hates his sec sch, you see. So im wondering if MOE actually banned any student from transfering out of their sec sch OR are there any exceptions?

Hi does anyone know how to transfer my child into Kranji Secondary(232)?


And if my child can actually make it in…? He got 209 for PSLE, but straight 'A’s in Sec One with an MSG of 2.1 and Fair CCA grade. So im not sure…can someone help me please…?
