Anyone has the breakdown on the 44 APP which balloted for phase 2B in CHS by distance?

All 44 are within 1km. Those outside 1km were told to withdrawn...
I am one of the 18 who failed in phase 2B...

I would greatly appreciate some advice on the followings:

1) With less than a week to phase 2B, has anyone ever tried to rent a place within 1 km of choice of school within days?

2) Is there a requirement stating the duration of stay in the rented place?

3) Any other requirements to be observed if we were to get a place within days?

I heard rental Hse need +/- 1 year staying before P1... meaning you need move in 1 year before kid go P1 and stay until kid reach P2.
There is a chance to sneak through the above rule but at any point of time it get caught, the kid will be \"expel\" from the school... my nephew's friend kenna previously in ACS.
* Anway, you need provide \"Lease Agreement\" to them which already declare everything within... haha:)
