    • RE: Good reads for 13 yr old girls

My DD suffers from dyslexia and ADHD, and has always had trouble holding down a book for more than 10 minutes. It has been extremely difficult finding her suitable authors to read - until recently when I stumbled upon this gem of an author called "Lang Leav". My DD really enjoyed some of her earlier works - including "Love and Adventure" or "September Love". My personal favorite to grab your DD’s attention as well as to improve her language would be the author’s magnum opus - "Sad Girls", which is a book that I honestly think should be mandated reading for all adolescent boys and girls and I have feedback to MOE about my suggestion.

You can also consider another author "Rupi Kaur" for your daughter.

      Best,
      Bee Yong
