hi jiangbao. cca is not compulsory but encouraged. lrc is lakeside recreation club. those with bmi higher than certain percentile needs to join. compulsory unless health reason.

sorry for late reply. i give all brands...meiji, hl milk. there is one packet milk which is sold in smaller portion. i can't remember brand but it has a giraffe n a girl on it. says is for 1-6 yrs old. i tried tat too. also soy milk...vita soy....
