Agreed. Assuming the info is correct, which means 15 balloting for 4 slot… You just need 2-3 mickey mouse sc to pull out from ncps to springdale and your chance will b much lower… All the best, check the stats closely and don’t waste your 2c chance

If you are PR status, my opinion is you shouldn’t be aiming springdale as it’s already over subscribed. Look for a confirm ticket nearest to home or stick to plmgps.
