    • RE: Skipping property agent after introduction?

Hi. Recently I m trying to sell my pte property. As a seller, I need to pay 2% commission to the agent. My exclusive contract with my agent has expired.

My agent bought a buyer with his agent to view my place. After that, the buyer skipped both agents and come direct to me, trying to bring the price down by sharing the commission between us. I m v tempted cos we are sharing the savings from the commission. But by doing so, is there any implication to the seller? I believe there is no implication to the buyer as they don’t pay commission. So appreciate if anyone can advice. I can’t be posting this kind of qn in any property website as any prop agent will definitely advice me against do so. So ksp website is my best bet. Thanks!

Hi. My DS likes Bio and Phy. But there is no choices of Pure Bio + Pure Phy, nor combine Bio/Phy. Anyone can advice why Chem is compulsory? Thanks.

      Welcome to ksp, Jensen!

How old is yours? Mine PSLE this year.
Looking back, it's good to be in same class in P1. But for subsequent years, it's best to be in different classes so that they are independent, have their own circle of friends, exchange notes of good teachers 🙂

Hi, janet88. Now I am facing the same qn that you had 4 years ago! So how's your boy now?

my son is doing fine. he is taking his o levels this year.

psle is an exam which is hard to gauge. as parents, we can prepare the child to the best of our ability...but as it is a national exam, we really don't know how the grades are moderated nation wide. anyway, i have a daughter taking psle this year.

Thanks, janet88. So is Sec 1 math really easy than psle math? How was your boy coping when he was in sec 1? Was he happy with his allocated sch (dream or not dream sch)?
Now that you are 2nd time into psle, you are more experience liao
