We are also going to try Sengkang Green, but based on last year's record, only Anchor Green and Seng Kang Primary school need not ballot at phase 2Cs.
Which backup primary school will you be choosing?

Based on last year result, Palm View only need to ballot for those stay outside 2km and Springdale only need to ballot for those stay 1-2km in phrase 2C supp but with more new flats around I think this may not be the case any more.[/quote]Palm View oversubscribed for 2Cs, not sure about the distance though, and no, my friend stayed within 1km to Springdale balloted out from phase 2Cs last year.
Sengkang Green is going to be oversubscribed this year again, due to many flats TOP in 2018, they are able to register to this school as well. Oh well... stressed.
