Yes, u are still eligible for phase 2A even though ur husb studied in Rulang for 5 yrs only.

For PV, Rulang balloted for those staying out of 2km this year. So it's not guaranteed unless maybe you stay within 1km? Have to depend on the demand and supply that year.

This yr Rulang gotta ballot for Ph2B as there are 2 sets of twins w/in 1km in Ph2B......

Yes, we were present. After verifying our child's particulars on the card (used for the ballot) and the list, we waited till all parents are present. Then we were brief of the balloting process. Afterwhich, we were called by reg no. to drop our cards into the box and the balloting begins! When a card is drawn, it was pasted on the white board and concurrently another staff will enter into the computer sys and projected on the screen. That's the whole process....ANXIETY of course and you could see the smiles on the faces when they got a place! And me, still smiling now.... :celebrate:

Will the sch reveal the no. of applicants from those within 1 km , 1-2 km etc?

Actually if you check with the registration staff, they may reveal, we did when we went in the afternoon of the 1st day's registration and they revealed an approx percentage. So you can do that when you go for registration, however, if you are amg the 1st few then they will not be able to tell u :lol: .

Chief, I really puzzled. 2003 birthrate actually "DIPPED" so why is there still so many applications? Expats? Really unexpected.
