Do they mention how many applicants? Yesterday noon I called them, they said 134 applicants (SC, within 1km). The MOE website updated in the evening with 145 applicants. Wondering if all these 145 consist any SC beyond 1km.

actually PC is a usual 1.5X (lets assume include >1km folks inside) whilst SHPS is about 2.5X. Currently its to confirm it unfold as it is. If your threshold is fine with the usual odd, then you are within, if its already beyond, you have to move on.
