Need some advices pls for the upcoming 2cs.


Im keen on twps cos of distance (about 10 mins walk away) but hubby is not confident of tw's programmes n environment.

My hubby is keen on west spring (about 20mins away by lrt) cos its new and has vy gd facilities.

However for wsps im SC >2km so im hesitant cos im afraid I may not be able to get a place or may kena balloting as places left are limited.

hubby n I cant agree on both choices so really hope for some advices as this whole situation is stressing us out

To what i know, those got balloted out frm beacon or bukit panjang pri may choose west spring as left only zhenghua,west view n west spring.
Y dun u c how's the situation like for tmr aft which u can decide on tw or ws? I went dwn to beacon pri to chk on the bal vacancies on the 3rd day of 2c.Aft talking to WS staff,then i decided to w/d frm SV. If u wan to make sure there's vacancy go dwn to beacon n chk with them.
Choose the sch dat suits yr child best but distance is also a factor as they will b bz when p3 comes. The sch will hv sch bus services. Jus my opinion.

Just fyi MRFT007,since I was at regn at west spring last week, I did ask if hv sch bus transport. VP said a good & experienced bus operator will be engaged.

Hi, fyi,if the response is gd, west spring may consider opening a sch based student care. you may view the west spring website for infos. Attended the informal chat session organised by west spring.Qs raised by parents during the chat session can be viewed frm the website.
Had a hard tym deciding between SV and WS.
Tats what prompted me to withdraw my boys frm SV n registered at west spring at the last day of p2c.

i also took a long time to decide. only applied very late yesterday ard 330pm. will u be attending the ballot?? anyway this year's numbers look better than previous years.. so hopefully we can be the lucky ones

Are u the one wearing specs?
I went to SV ard the same timing to withdraw my boys. Heard the other parent is going for DLS.

Any parents here with twins in west spring?

There will be 5 pair of twins in p1.
mine is the last pair registered yesterday.

Withdraw & register at the last hour. Phew so unnerving but somehow I'm much happier than before. Think all of us can get in cos I'm the last 2 and there are still a lot of vacancies left.

Me too! Reached beacon ard 4 aft withdrawal. So kan cheong. Even took cab down.

As advised by the teacher, 12 registered as of now.

Me too! Been monitoring for the past 2 days and was actually glad that the number of kids registered today is not that many. Like luvmum, staying 1-2km away and registered in earlier phases. Gonna w/draw and register @ WS.

Q number shld b able to tell the no.of register. But if twins only consider under 1 q nbr. If lets say u r q nbr 50,then there are 50 kids registering.

If i'm not wrong.
