Anyone here has children in PSLEMath Kovan branch? Feedback? My DS was with the Ang Mo Kio branch 2 years ago and since has graduated to sec. Programme and teacher Xin Rong were superb. Wonder is the Kovan branch as good. Any feedback can pm me. :thankyou:

Btw, the waterpark is very similar to the Wild Wild Wet here, so no point going all the way there to play if you are on 1 day coach, bringing towel, extra clothes.. Troublesome.
If driving still ok, you can put all the barang barang in the car.

How would you compare the waterpark to Adventure cove at Sentosa? Bigger?

DS is in P4. DS usual feedback is \"ok ok\". :? Can't really get much elaboration out of him about the standard. However, the questions look difficult to me.

His recent SA1 results is within my expectation. He mention to me after the paper that some questions were similar to what was taught by his tutor.

Thanks to all who pm me their opinion last year. Joined them for a term and continuing. This is my feedback on pslemath at marine parade for all interested to know more.


Plus:
Worksheet is well planned and structured. Programme very systematic. Impressive. Above average standard. Class size 6 is good. Teachers are knowledgeable and dedicated.

Minus:
Not suitable if objective is learning basic math. 90% of the time is on heuristic skills and techniques.
Admin resource need to beef up. Sometime it can be pretty frustrating to wait for your turn to pay or just to ask a simple query. Due to the huge number of people the wait can be 30min to just ask for a change of schedule. Sometime when a makeup date is fixed, it seem like the admin forgot to inform the teacher.

The material is very impressive. Jason spend quite a bit of time explaining to me how the programme works. I think their approach is pretty unique. Will seriously consider them after my DS term with the current centre is due.
