If NYPS reserves 40 for 2B and 2C, shouldn't P2A2 only 8?

Maybe some withdrawals at 1 or 2A(1)

but if its withdrawal at earlier stages, why would later stages 2B and 2C numbers be affected? Since 40 are reserved before Phase 1 started?

At P4 level there will be 1 or 2 kids disappearing, kids that passed the GEP screening. The process is irrelevant with regards to \"gifted\". But if we see that more as a filtering system for young kids who are willing to study far above average, dedicated and hard, then it makes more sense.

GEP screening like ESIS, includes WISC, CogAT, OLSAT, doesn't filters for hard workers. Its similar to other gifted programmes but slightly more stringent than some, e.g., UK's YG&T before it was abolished.

Feedback after 3 courses at SCF; Significant amount of time spent in class playing chess among participants, little teaching and instructor watching handphone with earpiece. Parents can request to examine course materials to see how much contents is covered per class. Each class is barely few pages of materials.

Basically parents are paying for child to spar with other children of the same level in a classroom and the instructor is a facilitator.

It’s as good as playing online with someone of the same level. Parents can also borrow or buy chess books online for their child to learn. It’s probably more effective and efficient than travel to SCF for class.

Another question. If the grassrootconnect shows multiple committees within the same GRC, does it matter which one we pick? Or we must have served 2 full years on that particular committee even though have served in this GRC for much more years?

about the 2nd para, when you update via the police station, it will take around 2-3 days for other agencies to be updated. (I am refering to CPF, IRAS and etc....)
PA - I am really unsure how prompt their system is when capturing the new address, updating their internal system and finally transfering it to the portal.
(It can be very automatic, or it can be a bi-weekly/monthly batch update, we will never know)

I just log into grassrootconnect, it does shows my current address. I presume when we submit, this will be the address it will use and must match to NRIC for 2B letter to be valid.

My question is; if I change my address tomorrow @ police station and PA system gets updated via OSCARS the next day, what will the grassrootconnect shows? Will it show my old address or my new address? Meaning, for those who needs to use a new address, we should change @ police station before submitting on the system?

ICA PDF says PA will be updated the next day but how long it gets port over to the GR portal remains a :? ... let me test it this year :evil: :pokeeye:
