I am thinking of upgrading as well. Got my boy into a sch within 1 KM. The sch had balloting for outside of 2KM. I want to move to my parent’s place within 1-2KM of the sch after selling my place. I called the school and was told that I still had to write in and appeal to MOE. Since balloting was only done for outside of 2KM, they should make the process easier and let us just update instead of having to appeal.

what other student care options are there?
