Hi All,


This is my 1st time posting anything anywhere because i need advice from the community.

My wife and I a working adults with a 3yr old boy who attends kindergarten.

Our work hours are fairly stable, 9 - 630pm. We'd be back home by 645-7pm

We have a new maid because we decided to return our previous maid due to various reasons.

We are still not satisfied with the current maid and am considering to not have a maid anymore.

My concerns are
a. How to take care of my boy or Who can take care of my boy (assuming i don't have my parents or in-laws help)
b. by sending him to day care will it be unfair to my son and being bad parent's?
c. I see household chores being handled by robots so i guess we can handle that

Besides those, i would also like to know what are the challenges which we need to be mentally or financial or psychologically prepared for if we are to take that plunge to be maid less.

Please help...
