Just to share… my friend passed away suddenly and the HDB flat was considered ‘paid’ because of HPS (Home Protection Scheme). His wife and daughter have no financial difficulty because of life insurance and HPS.

My personal choice is not to pay off my HDB loan so soon as it is only 0.1% above CPF OA rate.

Quiet a relief that I bought ASUS S46CM-WX121H for my DD last night (X’mas night) at Challenger@Changi City Point. The Senior Retail Associate (Bong) is helpful, knowlodgeable and humorous. Now must source for Microsoft office (acad version). Anyone bought it from SingPost recently?

My DD was also offered DSA to TJC. We did not attend the talk on 20 Oct 12 as we called up and were told it would be same to the talk given during OpenHouse May12. But DD’s classmate who attended said it was different. Anyone attended the 20 Oct talk?

Both are fine The calculators aren't really restricted to a few kinds, as long as it's those scientific calculators that can be used in PSLE/O'Lvl exam it should be accepted:)
