Yeah.. my suggestion is still to monitor the backup very closely.. must try to look one step in advance i.e. the pedicted situation in Phase 2Csupp... the area around WG is densely populated and monitoring the spillover from Phase 2B and first day of Phase 2C, the people staying within 1km is ALOT.. I suppose once balloting is over, all WILL spillover practically to the same backups...

Agreed. If her backup school requires balloting in P2CS, she may be better off applying with the backup school in P2C.

Spilover not only from west grove, but from jurong west as well. Those ballot out will end up in boon lay garden, Juying, corporation or pioneer.
Pioneer need balloting for 2cs for the past three years. The rest always got seat even Phase 3.
