Thank you ! I was in shock just now at school. I couldn't believe that I got 4 A*. I read through KSP topics on PSLE Science and realised I made a lot of mistakes so indeed this score was a great birthday gift.

Thank you for your compliment. I have decided the following as my choices. Because of the financial strains and distance, I am unable to go many of the IP schools.

1st Choice: DHS
2nd Choice: NJC (it is far, but I really like the school)
3rd Choice: Anderson
4th Choice: Cedar Girls
5th Choice: Xin Min Sec
6th Choice: Nan Chaiu High

Are they wise choices? I'm going down to each school tomorrow to see the distance and the environment with my mom.

Hey I think you should reconsider your choices. I think NYGH is a much better choice as compared to DHS. I'm going to be entering JC1 next year and I've heard that all the good teachers are or already have left DHS. Like you, DHS was my dream school when I was still in primary school and my first choice was DHS. However, I realised how stupid I was then. If I had a choice I would have transferred to another JC, like HCJC. But HCJC seldom or rather, never accepts students from DHS. There are several reasons behind this but I shall not explain. So if you choose DHS you will have to be stuck with DHS for the following 6 years. Do choose wisely.

what's the cut off point for dunman high?

Today is only the release of PSLE results. Nobody knows the Cut Off Point for Secondary Schools till 22 December. Hope that helps. But for your info, Dunman High's COP last year was 258.

Lol I'm from Dunman High and I think that if your score is 258 you should try other better schools like NYGH/HCI or RGS/RI. They can lead you to better JCs like RJC and HCJC. Dunman High isn't as good as you might think it is. Just my opinion.
