Patsy:Ordered 3rd pan from Biz J. For the 3rd one, the handle is broken. I am trying to contact the seller. Seeking advise on how I should go about getting replacement. If anyone else has been in the same boat (I hope not but if you were...), please let me know what I should do. Thanks.
Giving an update on the matter. Sent an email to BizJ about the broken handle and had to give pictures of the broken/cracked handle too. Subsequently, as requested by BizJ, I also sent picture of the 'crushed' box that the pan came in. BizJ claimed that the pan was ok at the packing and sending-out stage so they are now trying to settle with the transport company, guess using picture of the crushed box as evidence of mishandling that lead to the broken handle. BizJ is nice in that they have sent me a replacement/new pan plus 1 pair free socks, pending them settling the crushed box matter with the transport company. I really don't know who is right or wrong. From this experience though, BizJ is good with regard to customer service, not letting their internal problems affect the customer from enjoying the product/pan.
