Wow, never thought this would happen in this country. Plus, if I’m not wrong, there weren’t much coverage on the mainstream media right?

    • RE: Suggestions to improve your kids' creativity?

      Thanks for the suggestions guys!!

Hey slimkhoo, do you know if there’s any classes to take for writing? I feel like it will be a good idea for my young ones to explore their writing with other children too so as to build their confidence level.

Hey anderaaa, thanks for the link/share! Have you tried their services, any feedbacks? It does look interesting and fun for the kids to design and unleash their own creativity!

    • Suggestions to improve your kids' creativity?

      Hello! I need some help/suggestions!

All this while, I've been trying to get my child and nephew/nieces to focus on academics, but at the moment I think I want to encourage them to use more of their 'right side' of the brain and improve on their creativity. Any suggestions on what kind of creative activities I could do with them, well besides the usual painting/drawing etc?

      :thankyou:

    • RE: Art & Craft around East or Central

I've found something that you and your daughter can do to explore both of your creativity. Found it on this kiasuparents site too, you can create your own photo book (like scrapbooking like that) with p;log's help, you can publish it professionally. (http://myplog.co) I think it's good to keep track of memories and adventures, plus bonding time is a plus point, and there should be more information on their facebook I think! Hope this helps!

    • RE: All About Ideas for Birthday Celebration/Presents

I know this might be too late, but a suggestion for other people too, perhaps create something on your own as a birthday present? I browse through other threads, and I've found one which I have done before. You can create a photo book of you and your daughter with the help of P;log (http://myplog.co/) they help you publish it professionally. It's like a book/chapter of you and your daughter's lives. I've created one, and I'm really satisfied by it! It's on our bookshelf now, we treat it as our storybook of our life. Check them out and perhaps get ideas about getting the perfect birthday gifts 🙂 wishing you all the best!

    • RE: Do you have a good relationship with you children?

I agree with the others, he needs space and trusts from you, adolescent period is one where these teenagers just want to explore and experience life, having their own identity. Nevertheless, do communicate with him intimately, not in a pressurizing way or perhaps do some travelling/activities with him?
