      i know that this thread is kinda old, but it doesn’t hurt to leave some advice behind for future reference.


      i graduated first class honours in bio/medical engineering from a local uni. personally, i think that the prospects of being a bio/medical engineer in singapore are pretty dim due to lack of interest dedicated to this field. if one is keen on becoming a GOOD bio/medical engineer, i believe it is better for him/her to leave for overseas (e.g. us or uk) and remain there till one day when s/he decides to go for a career change. a phd is a must have as well.
