Yea I have read this part:-

See: MOE’s Address used for registration under the section "Using the address of a new property".

"The vacant or delivery possession date of the new property you are moving into must be within 2 years of your child’s entry into P1”

I like to check since the completion of most new property are delayed due to covid19, is there any one that is experiencing this? Do I have to write in to MOE?

I am going to apply for P1 and is there any issue when using the new address for registration when the project will be completed after 2 years after my child enters P1? Will this be rejected?
