A reconditioned piano can last several decades if regularly maintained. Reputable brands such as Yamaha and Kawai pianos can even last over 60 years, especially with a stable climate in Singapore, where the weather doesn't change drastically.

So usually people will recon piano when it’s more than 40-50 years old? Then after that it can last for several decades which means the piano can be more than 100 years old right ? Amazing!! 😬

Well, I've never heard of this. But I would think a reconditioned piano should be able to last longer than just a simply badly maintained 2nd hand non recon one.
