Well, since she’s still paying off her loan what’s the point in giving her an off day? We told her that we will discuss off days when she is longer with us. We are not ruling out the possibility of giving her off day even though the contract says so.Regarding the payment, we just want to make it clear to her that it is not fair for us to pay if she doesn’t complete the contract with us. Well, if she wants to pursue this with her embassy and cry foul go ahead, I think we can afford to lose the $35. I spoke to an office at MOM and of course they do not want to commit and say which of the contract is binding in the event she go and complain, but the advise is that we draw another contract saying that she will honour the initial contract that she signed with us at the agency.I think as an employer we can only hope for the best.
