My girl has transferred out of Palm View and to Compassvale instead cos pil keep on complaining non stop about the distance…and last min the principal call us up and says there is a slot available for her.

My girl looks forward to the new care centre from 1 Dec. I think it’s better that she attend earlier before she actually starts primary 1 in Jan cos afraid she be blur like sotong.


Are we allowed to stay for like a while when they start school in jan? Afraid my daughter be having difficulties in buying food and getting around…

Oh ya, school uniform. Better get it first. Must bring her to go fitting. She is quite tall. She is one of the few tallest girl in her childcare at present. But she is very blur.

A lot of things to arrange, like how much to give her for pocket money. Is $5 too much per day? When I was primary school I only get $2/- per day.

I give my boy $1 per day… For long day I give him $2… It’s enough for him if he dun buy any cold drinks from stall.

Wow $2, not sure enough money for my girl to buy food. She is a big eater with huge appetite but she’s not fat but her metabolism is really high. Even when she goes child care now with food provided, we still need to put buns in her bag.

Maybe I will get her a small purse with a compartment. $2 for everyday pocket money and $3/ for emergency use.

What a relieve, girl be starting her first day of school in Palm View!

Made a mistake, nearest is north vista then north spring. But north vista only has 10 slots for after school care and north spring doesn’t have any. Palm view is within 1-2km…hopefully my girl gets in…

Looking at the map, nearest school would be palm view and next is north spring.

Wow, now I am abit worried that my girl would not be able to get into Palm View. Parents in law staying in Blk 104…and now she has to register under phase 2C supplementary…not sure what are the chances now…though I know there is still vacancy…

any one know how much is the student care, and i hear they will bring the kids to the canteen for their lunch do we need to prepare extra cash for them

I just rang up the facility this morning, normal months are $270/mth and extra $100 for school holiday months like June and December which makes sense since they will be there the whole day.
