Hi, has anyone tried the city square branch?
Also, does anyone has any insight on whether if I plan to send my almost pri 1 to start abacus, would it be confusing for him when he starts math tuition in Jan? My idea is to use it as a holiday program. Thanks.

RE: 2012 P1 Registration Exercise for 2013 In-Take
phtthp:
This is not true. As long as the address on your ic reflects the residence that you are living in, it qualifies for registration. Unless you are buying a project near the school and plans to use that address then you have to ensure that it TOPS before the end of primary two.parents renting houses & applying for ACS primary, minimum 2 yrs rental required :-

those who are caught unaware and intend to register son in ACS 6 months later for P1 2013 (or P1 2014 intake) but with less than 2 years rental may wish to call up school to verify if true, determine if it's going to impact you (if any), under which affected phase (2B or 2C) or citizenship.

How did everyone go with the balloting?
-
RE: Anglo Chinese Family of Schools
According to MOE, “Balloting will be conducted within the school premises and priority will be given in the following order. Singapore Citizens will be given two ballot slips for each child, while Singapore Permanent Residents will continue to get one ballot slip per child.”
I am assuming the parent has to be SGrean. But if the kid is SGrean, then it’s a case for contention, no? -

Sorry but does this mean every sgporean will get 2 ticket instead of 1 in the balloting box.
Yup. We get two in the box. -
RE: [Central] Primary Schools
I’m just wondering, so if there is balloting under 1 km. Will the school call the parents in the other distance ranges to try somewhere else before tomorrow?
-
RE: Anglo Chinese Family of Schools
As of this morning, out of the 23 that registered yesterday
ACPS <1km is 17
Does this mean that there won’t be any balloting within a km this year?
