Any parents here pack food for their kids to be eaten during the recess time?

Oh we noticed the shop & had wanted to try but ended up at the Japanese food at level 2 instead. Good portion of serving and not too bad jap food though our fav is definitely the ramen shop at Fremantle market, yums big time!!

U can try to spend a few hours in Watertown for outlets shopping. So happened that Levi's is having 70% sales the weekend we are there and it was a steal!

Wow, thanks so much everyone! You guys make me want to fly there already! Busy noting down the spots (and things to buy, hehe) mentioned above into our rough itinerary...
Do note that check in baggage strictly cannot exceed 32kg per piece. They are very strict and sticky about it, insisted that we tear away our baggage wrap to remove 1.5kg from the baggage. -

We will be bringing our own booster seat for my 6 year old and renting a carseat for my 3 year old. Should not have any problem bringing our own, my friend brought their own booster seat too.

Novels, may I ask wat time is your return flight? Notice that their latest returning time was 5pm but we are due to check in airport only at 10ish for the redeye flight. We have pretty similar itinerary as we are arriving at the same timing thus suspect taking the same airline. Also we will be staying near Fremantle.
Can you also share more on the $1500 coverage under travel insurance as mentioned? Which insurer is that and how does it works? Thanks in advance.
piyobaby, sorry for late response as I was very busy with work.
I bought MSIG as there was a promo then, cant remember it was 40 or 50%, and also cos my colleague went Japan last year fell and broke her arm and she claimed S$3K+ medical bill without much hassle from MSIG. You can go to the website to check the details on the coverage.
No worries Novels, have most of the bookings in place and we are all set to fly next week! Our first self drive trip except for msia so pretty excited about it! We bought MSIG too, reasonable premium esp for family coverage. Weather seem to fluctuate quite abit but hoping for not too warm weather!! -

Most likely I will double check with the school on registration day. It is indeed a dilemma to purchase 1 size bigger which might swallow up the child or just nice size which they might outgrown fast! Would have to bring the child along for a fitting session.Piyobaby, my friend says just get 2 sets of uniform because they wear PE attire for the next 3 days. I am just wondering how much bigger the uniform can be without making my child look like wearing hand me down.
I think the registration is only to see whether parents need to apply for financial assistance, get parents' information, declare medical history or whatever.
