Parents will be given a list of email address for each teacher in the class/subject/level, and you will receive a reply within 4-6hrs during school days. I usually don't send any emails over the weekend out of respect for the educator's personal time.

Can parents advise if there any student care based in the school?

There’s a student care in the school. It is by YMCA. Fee is about $230/month.

If you can get in, and that's a big if because the facility is really small and demand is high. Applications are taken during the first orientation, and you'll only get an SMS to notify you if you're successful or not, so I wouldn't put all my eggs in that basket.

They do not publish selection criteria, and will not entertain any questions pertaining to vacancies available - been there, done that. I can only presume that priority is given to those with siblings already in the SCC, and maybe single parents perhaps? Other than that...your guess is as good as mine.
