May I check if there’s a way to know specific condo NC EM experience ( 2 yrs) can be used in 2B phase? saw some post saying some NC not recognized?

Have a friend whose child is still there. She said teachers are dedicated and are researching the latest methods to teach the little kiddos well so their methods are innovative and she said the teachers there seem more hardworking. Her boy loves to go to school.
