Bought a honda vezel on Sunday. Long queue to the carpark at AML car mart. Just to provide more reference for ppl looking out to buy new car i will share with you my deal.

Trade in our honda Airwave coe due on May 2017 for $19000
Airwave scrap value is $8600

At first our intention is to keep the airwave n renew COE But the trade in value is good so better quickly sell it before the value drop further.

Was told by the saleman If we want to fetch a higher price can sell direc ( maybe can fetch $20 to $23k
But there is a risk if couldn't find a buyer within this few months once the car left less than 1 yr then most likely will left paper value only.

Very happy with my decision to change the car at this point , now my only concerned pray hard the deal go thro smoothly n :xedfingers: hope the dealer is reliable.

I do admire secretly and from far away, those who have more kids.

I would be happy with more kids if I only need to sit and play with them

When the kids are pre sch It is so much fun .... no homework no test no exam.
It is not only psle that is stressful, it's the whole edu system. Why would i want to have more kids if i need to constantly nagging at them to finish their homework and study for exam. If i don't nag at the kids , their teachers will be nagging at me :yikes:
So i would definitely consider to have more kids if our edu system is more relax.

I find 45kd more difficult to understand then berries material …maybe berries cater more for local ed and 45kd more of china style.

Coz most alumni of sngs will choose sngs over other primary schools. Or rather you can ask, why aren't as many alumni of other schools going back to their schools? Maybe they just aren't kiasu enough to pay for membership.

Anyway, this discussion is futile. The reason why the 40 places were reserved was because the govt was afraid that the schools with long history will be overrun with old boys and girls. Or rather coz the parents kept complaining about the 2a priority and thus there's this change. This policy came about to restrict alumni's access to the school.

all along, there are many people unhappy about 2A1, 2A2 folks.

now that we see a school enter 2A1 balloting, they still unhappy ?

Maybe they going to be unhappy with phase 1 folks now hehe :siam:
