Anybody’s kid studying in chij katong?i want to know the details about school bus fare per month…I’m staying near boon keng mrt…My child will be going to P1 next year 2012…what time will school bus come to this area? and what time they will reach school?any ideas???

My daughter got balloted in today under phase 2C >2KM in CHIJ KAtong .IS this a good school…whether all chijs are of same popularlity?CAn anybosy share and give me some opinion of CHIJ katong?ANYBODY’S DD studying in CHIJ KATONG…Plz share ur views abt that schools…

confirm balloting for st.margaret…I called the school now,they told,no of applicants exceeded in morning…anybody advice me to choose St.maragret or chij (katong) both >2km for me.which one is better?..being a singapore citizen ,have chances to get in st.margaret?becoz have 2 slips…or go to chij(katong) without balloting>2km…still have seats …anyone advice plz?

we cant choose hongwen,bcoz she has to take tamil as mother tongue,and also bendemeer primary school,so far heard not to be too good school and also a coed…since i have 2 gals i prefer for gals school…is there chance to get St.margaret primary school?if i dont get place in phase 2c for st.margaret,is there chance to go to canossa convent thru phase 2c supplementary?

i'm staying near book keng MRT,i have 2 daughters, My elder daughter going to P1 in 2012,i'm planning for getting admission in any girls school...for my DD St.MArgaret's primary school , Canossa Convent ,and CHIJ Toa payoh ..r the girls schools nearby ,but alll r more than 2km...if i go by phase 2c,which school can i register my daughter,so have chance to get into the school.We all singapore citizens ,so have 2 chances for balloting.can anybody give an idea ,which school can i register my DD? :thankyou: in advance

i’m staying near boonkeng,since near by schools r not much popular and good,and have mother tongue tamil,cant go to hong wen school( a good school),planning to register in chij toapayoh,but they dont have PV also,seems have balloting within 1 km also…
will i get seat in canossa convent in phase 2c ,or it has PV?since i have 2 girls planned to get seat in any girls school…what r the possiblities to get into chif toa payoh…since house is in boon ken… any chance to get in…can anybody give suggestions?

hi puliyadi, unfortunately, the only popular school in that vicinity (that accepts girls) I am aware of is Hong Wen - which is a SAP school and offers only chinese as mother tongue...
