I just called the school and they informed me balloting is required for Singapore citizens within 1km. Those btw 1-2km can withdraw their applications liao.

What is the status like now? any idea?

Also advised the same. Balloting within 1km. So i will not be registering already since I am 1-2km.

Called earlier. 90 out of 120 applicants are within 1km. Guess we will only know tomorrow…
