i need a general opinion of maris stella high , as i heard that generally the school has lost its bite in its mother tongue ( chinese ) as a SAP school , but overall is it a good school for a boy , coz heard that parents who whosee boys cant get to catholic high will try maris stella , as there is balloting of >2km 40 places for 44 register for this category … for friday /// thats why 71 places for 78 registerred…


is maris stella a average version of catholic high??

from what i heard its balloting as one guy who just came at the last minute . demanded to be registered , first they said no as he was late … … so no choice the applicants have to go a ballot 48 applicants vs 47 places … bit annoying , but good luck guys and gals on friday

its not that haha we were told to apply early from grc because there will be alot of applications , we just dont want worry about it anymore ! , and alot of parents making their views in the press saying that community leaders and pv shouldnt get priority , think government are going to change rules … i have a feelin…

we applied about 3 weeks ago on the grassroots connect so we manage to get our official letter already …

just going through the forum , my son is registering school for primary 1 next year and i want to know how is maris stella primary standards these days are they in top 20 schools ? i just want an idea compared to schools like catholic high , acs junior m holy innocents
