It is not the numbers of hours/work you need to contribute. One of my member comes once every month for RC meeting. He/She is missing from the rest of the activities. This member is not an active member in which he will not get get the endorsement from the chairman.

In a nutshell, join RC if you are really passion and keen in doing community jobs. Else i would suggest to join the school pv instead

P/s: I am with RC for one term (2 years) and currently moving to the CC sub committee group.
