When did your girl take the swimsafer test?the swrial number only came in lately (frm late 2013) onwards..i highly doubt there are fake swimsafer certs out there

My girl took in dec, around same time as my friend's daughter. Her cert has serial noumber & her coach told my friend tt he can verify with sports council that cert is real.

Does any parent face this issue of swimsafe cert no serial number?
