Have anyone send their kids to ICR Bukit Timah Plaza? I was wondering whether some of you have experience this.

My sister told me about this program regarding how well her daughter have improved after 2 term. I was intending to make some inquiry on saturday. Seeing the place was packed, I decided to come back again later. When I came back, I saw 2 woman sitting at the front desk. One of them was chinese with long hair and she was attending to somebody. The other one was on the computer and was using the phone at the same time. I think she is a filipino judging from her accent. She saw me and smile but didn’t attend to me. I told her that I wanted to make some inquiry and she just left her seat and went in to make a phonecall. I thought she was busy or handling an important call so I let it slide. When I saw her come out, she just took her bag and leave the center. I still decide to wait, she came back and still didn’t acknowledge me. Her colleague was still attending to someone. Thinking it was her lunch break I sat down at the chair provided still wanting my questions to be answered. Much to my dismay, she just sat in the front counter and ate her food. Another parent came to ask her question and she feed them with information with food in her mouth.

I was really disappointed with the service! And to eat in the front desk? professionalism?

I was getting impatient when suddenly another malay colleague of hers came out and I feedback to her. She was nice and keep apologizing a few times to me. Although she was engaged with some of the parents, she took the time to explain the programme details to me.

Is this how usually the ICR’s staff are like? Please feedback.
