ya agreed with you tat the admin support is fabulous fast and efficient and polite. The teacher’s response is not only slow but is totally ignored u. recently had a v bad experience with tr Dione (P4 English class at jubilee square amk)- i have given benefits of doubt to wait for 1 week in view tat they might be busy till 1 week later then alerted admin to check on the protocol of communication with centre teachers ( is it cant watapps n need to clarify f2f n etc and admin assured me that teacher ought to give timely response ), after alerted admin, only then she ’ unwillingly " attended to the msg, instead of checking n finding out the queries , st away cited did your child revise his notes, notes has clarified all. I asked her back what is the of point having tuition if everything just refer to the notes n no question asked? super unprofessional as an educator from own bad experience and hence i st away switched out from her class (joined for 2 weeks due to schedule match my kid’s) . Someone asked about tr Phobe before, she is caring though also pretty slow in reverting messages but she did do updates on kids’ progress but this tr. Dione is the most terrible staff i have met there for 2 years, if she does not like to attend to parent’s query can state clearly pls dropby and clarify instead of sending message, i m pretty fine to facilitate that, somemore is only 1 msg sent in regards of the relevant revision wrksheet given by centre. The best in responses and addressing concerns is teacher grace from P3 eng, this is the only reason i continued my son from P3 to P4 and also recommended his classmate to this centre due to the good experience.
