Hi. Need some advice. Can put in Presbyterian High (cop 13) if AL14? Is it possible? Or risky? To put as first choice or second choice? Thinking to put another school with COP 15 as first choice and Presbyterian High as second choice. Or should it be the other way round? But donโt want to lose the chance of getting into the other sch with COP15.
Any feedback on PH School?

RE: St James Church Kindergarten
Here looking for most recent review of SJCK Gilsteas. I read the negative review posted in 2019. Have things improved or not really? Any feedback on teachers, principal, academic learning and the environment?
Thanks in advance. -

Hi jetsetter,Savannah00:
Hi parents, any reviews on Lego bags? Would model: Lego starter be suitable for P1? Anyone heard of Beckmann of Norway ergonomic bag? Any reviews? Any comparison thoughts on Lego vs. Impact vs. Deuter Smart S? I think Deuter Smart S seems abit narrow in width.
1. Single or double sessions? Single has personal school lockers i was told
2. Location of classroom (need to climb stairs?)
3. Distance from drop off points to classroom
1. Single
2. Yes need to climb stairs
3. Stairs to first floor -

RE: Comparing Chinese Enrichment (Primary/Preschool)

Hi coolit,
From what I hear and my experience, for preschool and lower pri, Berries worked the best. But as they get older, HCL worked for me. Berries was a bit too easy. For Berries to work, should start as early as possible.Savannah00:
Hi parents,
Need some advice. My child (K2) has been attending Hua Language once a week class & but I don't see any sort of major improvements in spoken Chinese. Doesn't seem overwhelmingly excited about it either. Going to P1 next year. Should I continue with Hua or try other enrichment classes? How is Berries? Thanks!
Have you considered Jiang? I have no experience there but I heard from friends that they produce A stars but must start young with them. I am considering switching my boy from HCL to Jiang.
Does it mean it is too late to join Berries? Haven't heard of Jiang. What is its Website?
Thanks! -

Hi parents, may I check something about the Sch bus service? Going home journey- are the children picked up immediately after Sch ends or do they need to wait for an hr or so before they can take the bus back? What do parents do for boys who needs to stay back for extra remedials or CCA activities? I assume there will be no Sch bus service for after Sch hours. Thanks
Hi
My P3 boy takes 2way (morn-noon) school bus. School dismissal is at 1.30pm. Students on bus line will all proceed to school hall to the assigned bus line stand where the bus driver will be waiting for them. After that bus driver will bring them to the bus. I stay within 1km so my boy will reach home usually at 1.50pm. There will be another round of school bus service at 330pm to cater to those staying back for remedial/ supplmentary/ cca but it will b for those that pay for noon bus service. There r some cca that dun fall into that timing then parent/student has to do their own arrangement.
Hope this will help u.
I recently heard from the school that they are reviewing Long Lim bus service? Not sure if they will still use the same bus company next year?
